About Us

A Decade of Hard Enduro Experience, Worldwide Insight.
For the past ten years, my life has been defined by the distinctive ring of a two-stroke engine and the relentless pursuit of the next impossible climb. From the tight, technical woods of my local series to the unforgiving, legendary terrain of Europe and the high-stakes races in the US, I’ve spent my weekends buried in the struggle that is Hard Enduro. I've lined up on start lines across continents, experienced the unique challenges of different terrains, and, most importantly, I've seen firsthand what breaks, what works, and what riders actually need.
Riding and racing for a decade isn't just about collecting plastic trophies; it's about collecting experience. You learn to appreciate the gear that survives a cartwheel down a rock garden and the tools that make a parking lot rebuild just a little bit less painful. My travels to ride and race in both the US and Europe gave me a global perspective on the sport. I’ve seen the meticulous prep of European teams and the brute-force ingenuity of American racers. These experiences, across vastly different riding cultures, highlighted a universal truth: every rider, from an amateur enthusiast to a pro-level racer, faces the same struggle against their machine and the terrain.
Seeing the Need, Engineering the Solution
It was during these countless hours spent on the trail and on the wrench that the idea for HardlineTek was born. I saw riders struggling with generic tools that didn't quite fit, causing frustration and stripped bolts. I watched protective parts fail in predictable ways, leaving bikes vulnerable and riders with expensive repair bills. I experienced these same frustrations myself, and I knew there had to be a better way.
That's where the idea of custom, engineered solutions came in. With a background that merges an understanding of the mechanical needs of a bike with a passion for innovation, I started experimenting. What if we could create parts that were not only protective but also intelligently designed to be lightweight, durable, and purpose-built for the extreme demands of Hard Enduro? What if we could develop specialty tools that were precise, ergonomic, and actually solved the common problems riders face in their garages or pits?
HardlineTek: Tools and Protection for the Extreme Rider
The result is HardlineTek – a company built on a foundation of real-world experience and technical innovation. We're not just selling parts; we're providing solutions that I wish I had on my bike ten years ago. Our products are born from the dirt, tested in the heat of competition, and refined by a relentless desire to improve the rider experience.
Our lineup, featuring both Specialty Tools and Hard Parts, is a direct reflection of this philosophy. We use advanced manufacturing techniques, like precision 3D printing with high-performance polymers, to create components that are lighter than metal, flex under impact without deforming, and offer incredible durability. Our tools are designed with specific suspension and engine components in mind, taking the guesswork out of maintenance and giving you the confidence to do your own wrenching.
At HardlineTek, we understand the struggle. We've lived it, we've raced through it, and now, we're engineering for it. Whether you're a seasoned racer or a hobbyist rider tackling your first extreme event, our goal is to provide you with the tools and protection you need to focus on what matters most: overcoming the next obstacle and enjoying the ride. Join us in redefining what’s possible for your Hard Enduro machine. HardlineTek: Engineered for the Struggle.
