Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing 1001505067 ONTARIO INC.. Because many of our products—including our specialized dirt bike guards and custom CAD solutions—are manufactured in-house via precision 3D printing, we handle shipping with specific care to ensure your gear arrives ready for the trail.

1. Order Processing & Lead Times

All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment.

In-Stock Items: Usually ship within 1–2 business days.

3D Printed / Made-to-Order Items: Since these parts (such as TPU fork protectors or custom blanks) are printed to ensure the highest quality, please allow 3–5 business days for production before the item is dispatched.

Custom Design Work: Lead times for custom CAD projects will be communicated directly during the design phase.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or statutory holidays in Ontario.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily utilize Canada Post and UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

Domestic (Canada): Standard and Express options are available. Delivery typically ranges from 2–7 business days depending on your province.

International (USA & Beyond): We ship worldwide. International transit times vary by destination but generally range from 5–15 business days.

3. Domestic & International Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

1001505067 ONTARIO INC. is based in Ontario, Canada.

For orders within Canada, applicable GST/HST will be applied at checkout.

For international orders, 1001505067 ONTARIO INC. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Issues

We take pride in the durability of our engineering-grade filaments. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@hardlinetek.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged part. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
