Unlike standard OEM plastics, this cover is FDM-printed in high-shore TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane). It’s a specialized rubber-like polymer that is impossible to snap or shatter.

What’s Included: This purchase includes the TPU Mesh Insert ONLY.

Not Included: The outer plastic headlight mask, mounting hardware (bolts/screws), and graphics are NOT included. You will reuse your existing OEM hardware and mask for installation.

Competition Use: This is a headlight replacement for off-road/closed-course competition use only. It does not provide illumination.

FDM Technology:  Each cover is printed using FDM technology to achieve its "indestructible" flexible properties. Because of the nature of this process, minor cosmetic surface imperfections or visible layer lines may be present. These are not defects, but rather the fingerprint of a part built for extreme durability rather than a "show-room" plastic finish.
