Premium TPU Fork Guard Slider | WP 48mm Suspension Protection
Protect your investment and maximize the lifespan of your suspension with our high-performance fork protection rings. Custom-engineered for WP 48mm forks (XPLOR, XACT, and AER), these sliders are the perfect upgrade for your KTM, Husqvarna, or GasGas dirt bike.
By creating a durable barrier between the hard plastic fork guards and your aluminum outer tubes, these rings completely eliminate damaging friction, preventing expensive wear and keeping your suspension looking factory-fresh.
Choose Your Variant:
Physical Product: Delivered to your door, fully printed from our premium, stealth-black TPU and ready to install.
Digital STL File: Download the design instantly and 3D print it yourself from the workshop.
Why You Need Them:
Ultimate Tube Defense: Completely stops plastic guards from scraping against the outer tubes. This safeguards your factory anodizing and prevents permanent metal abrasion.
Shatterproof Flexibility: Whether you buy our physical rings or print your own, this design is intended for flexible filaments like TPU. Unlike standard rigid plastics that snap under pressure, a high-flex material absorbs impacts, won't crack or turn brittle over time, and allows the ring to stretch over the fork.
Friction-Free Performance: Engineered with naturally low-friction properties, these rings reduce drag and ensure your suspension strokes smoothly without any binding.
Hassle-Free Install: The elastic design allows you to stretch and snap the sliders into place in seconds—absolutely no tools or fork removal required.
Digital Download Terms & Printing Recommendations:
If you are purchasing the Digital STL File, please note the following:
Material Recommendation: For the design to function and install correctly, you must print this file using 95A TPU (or an equivalent flexible filament). Rigid materials like PLA, PETG, or ABS will snap during installation or use and will not provide the intended impact absorption. Because this design features a thin, low-profile geometry, we highly recommend setting your slicer to 99 wall loops (perimeters) with the internal catch ring face down. This forces the printer to use continuous concentric lines for the entire thickness of the part, eliminating messy gap-fill and maximizing the tear resistance of the TPU.
Strictly Personal Use: This digital download is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. No Commercial Use. You may not share, distribute, or host the STL file anywhere, nor can you alter the design to create derivative works.
